I completed week 9 of my 70lb Journey and I am finally back on track! The last couple weeks have been frustrating cause I haven’t seen much progress, but after tweeting my exercise routine I am starting to lose again. I am also religiously tracking everything I put in my mouth and drinking a ton of water. I am tracking weight watcher points and calories now.
I wanted to identify one thing I would discover, change or removed from my diet this week:
I have shifted my exercise to the morning so I no longer can use the excuse “I ran out of time” It is the first thing I do now!
This week I exercised 6 days which consisted of walking a minimum of 3 miles.
