I completed week 7 of my 70lb Journey, but I have hit a plateau! I feel like I am eating similar things as previous weeks, but the scale isn’t moving… Maybe I am not eating enough? I need to figure out what is going on. I switched from counting calories to tracking weight watcher points a couple weeks thinking it would help me lose more, but now my cravings are decreasing and I am struggling to reach my points allotted.
I wanted to identify one thing I would discover, change or removed from my diet this week:
Maybe exercise is more important than I realize. It seems like the only major change. I have been busy with work and haven’t been as disciplined in my exercise.
This week I exercised 2 days which consisted of walking 2 miles and doing 36 sit-ups, 36 push-ups, and 36 scissor kicks.
