I completed week 16 of my 70lb Journey. Projects piled up this week and between the color eclipse and rainy weather I did get to walk as much as I wanted to this week. Stayed on my taco diet just fine and have been enjoying watermelon while it’s still available.
I wanted to identify one thing I would discover, change or removed from my diet this week:
I can stand bad bread. My wife owns Spring Hill Bakery and is know as The Bread Lady. Since I have been spoiled with great handmade bread, I can no longer eat grocery store, restaurant, or mass produced bread. It all tastes so processed. I am not eating that much bread, but when I do I make sure it is from Spring Hill Bakery.
This week I exercised 4 days which consisted of walking a minimum of 3.5+ miles.
