I completed week 15 of my 70lb Journey and I officially lost 30lbs. If feels so good to hit this milestone since I haven’t been this weight in 3 years and haven’t been below this weight in probably 12. Life is really busy right now but I am still walking and keeping my healthy eating habits. Oh and yes it is true I am in a relationship with tacos and I may be for the rest of my life! I did splurge one day this week cause I couldn’t resist one of Spring Hill Bakery’s delicious Cheddar Cheese Roundabouts right out of the oven, but I walked it off and moved on.
I wanted to identify one thing I would discover, change or removed from my diet this week:
The biggest thing I have been learning through this process is that small steps in a forward direction can really make a big difference.
This week I exercised 5 days which consisted of walking a minimum of 3 miles.
