I completed week 14 of my 70lb Journey and feeling like I am gaining some momentum. I am eating a lot of tacos and Tapatio sauce in addition to my fruits and salads. A highlight was discovering that my wife bought some Mexican cheese. Cheese is my vise, but Mexican cheese is the ultimate. I was able to ration my portions though and made it last the whole week.
I wanted to identify one thing I would discover, change or removed from my diet this week:
I found these Crunchy Rice Rollers and they are tasty. Like the old styrofoam rice cakes, but way better.
This week I exercised 5 days which consisted of walking a minimum of 3 miles.
