I completed week 10 of my 70lb Journey and I am excited to announce I have reached my mini target goal of losing 20 lbs! I am getting into a rhythm of walking everyday and eating structured meals. My coffee intake is high but since I am drink black now I am not currently seeing any negative effects. I am also eating a lot more fruit!
I wanted to identify one thing I would discover, change or removed from my diet this week:
Watermelon and cantaloupe is amazing and makes for a perfect summer time dessert and/or meal. If you have any tips on pickup good fruit share in the comments below.
This week I exercised 6 days which consisted of walking a minimum of 3 miles.
